This year’s Global Gaming Expo took place at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas from September 23 to 26. The annual gaming trade show launched back in 2001 is run by the American Gaming Association. This year the expo featured over 455 exhibitors from around the globe, all introducing their products, new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry. Among the exhibitors were also around 125 companies from 32 countries who made their debut at the Global Gaming Expo (also known as G2E).
One of the companies that had its presence there was IGT (International Game Technology) that was located in booth 2241 where visitors had the opportunity to participate in The DoubleDown Winner’s Circle, an experience that gives a 360-degree journey to show DoubleDown Casino’s capabilities. Since last year, IGT’s DoubleDown Casino Partner Program has managed to more than double and has produced measurable results for land-based casinos, offering them a way to reach new players and increase customer loyalty and retention.
IGT also introduced Tournament Manager 3.0 which is IGT’s first gaming technology offering operators a way to facilitate automated Video Poker tournaments any time on any IGT AVP® terminal.
